Your use of the information and materials provided by this website shall be made at your own risk: it it your own responsibility to ensure that any products and services provided by this website meet your own specific requirements and no liability falls to us, the owners of this website.
The material on this website is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, appearance and graphic content. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Any samples ordered are for personal use only and we retain the right over the artwork: samples must not be copied or replicated in part or whole, by yourself or any third party. The samples we provide are not usually personalised.
Colour shades of samples may vary slightly from personalised orders.
Proofs are provided for all items of stationery containing personalised printed text. The customer is responsible for checking all details of their proofs in particular ensuring that the colours, layout, wording, spelling and grammar are exactly as required. We will not proceed to print on your order until final approval has been given by email. We will not be responsible for any mistakes discovered after this time and all revisions required once an item has gone to print will incur an additional reprinting cost.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours are consistent on our products, colours on the final product may not be an exact match to proofs and/or samples. We are not liable for defects that are beyond our control. Please note that colour in print may look different to digital proofs.
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery once an order is placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details of the order are correct. Alterations to orders may be made at our discretion after proofs have been approved with a cost incurred for the customer: it is the customer’s responsibility to advise us of any alterations to orders as soon as possible.
Payment for goods may be made by PayPal, or by Credit card or Debit card through our web-site or partner web-sites and full payment must be made before the order is released for delivery.
Cancellation of orders may only be made within 12 hours of ordering and a full refund will be given.
Return of Goods
Non personalised stationery
If you are unhappy with your non-personalised purchase please return you order within 28 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the returned item(s) has been received we will process your refund. Please note that postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you order is damaged or faulty please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt. Any damaged or faulty items must be returned to us to be checked before a refund can be processed
Because of the nature of personalised items, we cannot cover the cost of reprinting and shipping which are due to any errors you have approved. If we are at fault and an error has been made on our part, we will quickly and efficiently reprint the faulty item.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery (where appropriate) and should be received within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Please ensure that you give us the most appropriate address for delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders after they have been dispatched. Items should be checked on delivery for any damage and if any goods are not in a satisfactory condition you must notify us in writing within 5 working days. Much Ado cannot take any responsibility for any loss incurred due to late delivery of parcels for reasons beyond our control (postal strikes etc.)
You are responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproductions of any material, poems, hymns, songs etc. that you request to be used in your stationery. This includes material printed in invitations, Orders of Service etc. The client indemnifies Much Ado against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties’ copyright. This also applies to any images you may want us to use on your stationery.
